SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are delivered within 2-5 business days after processing time. Processing times are unique to each item. Please check the product description to confirm possible wait time.

As a small business, please understand that our processing and shipping timeframe may be longer than larger corporations. Because of this, we may not always have the item you ordered in stock immediately and can only begin processing your order after payment verification.

Update 1/1/23

1. Invoices from live shows must be paid within 72 hours or they will be considered canceled invoices. Canceled invoice items will then be returned to inventory. Once you have a canceled invoice you must pay a deposit of $25.00 to shop again. This must be paid before you comment on the live.

2. Shipping is FREE on orders over $60.00! Shipping of $6.50 for orders of $0-$59.99 will be added to your order. There are holds on the live shows.

3. Payment plans are available via Shop Pay and Sezzle where 4 easy payments are available.

4. Due to limited quantities invoices sent from live boutique shows must be paid within 24 hours to receive your FREE GIFTS due to promotions, hitting VIP, and games that are won during the live.

5. You must purchase in order to receive free gifts won on the live boutique shows.

6. If you order a custom handmade T-shirt please understand that it will take up to 1 week to receive the products and customize your T-shirt before shipping.

7. If you order an item during a live show and it needs to be ordered please allow up to one week for it to come in to the boutique before it is shipped to you.

8. If you order a VIP EXCLUSIVE item please allow up to 6-8 weeks for it to arrive as it comes from overseas.
