What is a perfume oil?
Perfume Oil is what gives a fragrance its scent. What you buy at the department store is mostly alcohol. It usually has a mix of about 20% perfume and 80% perfumers alcohol. This is why perfume smells so strong at first. Then goes away only after a few hours.
